The Centre for Compassion-Focused Training (CCFT) is a specialised unit that offers compassion-centred programs to support mental health, enhance well-being, and strengthen interpersonal relationships. Rooted in Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)—developed by Dr. Paul Gilbert—CCFT integrates neuroscience, evolutionary psychology, and cognitive-behavioural techniques to address issues such as shame, trauma, and self-criticism.

- Teach practices such as Compassionate Mind Training, Loving-Kindness Meditation, and Mindfulness to nurture self-compassion and interpersonal empathy.
